CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AM BODY BLITZ (1 Hour) – This class was designed to effectively strengthen and define your entire body!  This class will be non-stop action sculpting your body with step training, weight training, cardio training and all other type of training to completely reshape each muscle group and get you that lean muscle you’ve always wanted.  The class will combine interval “cardio bursts” with maximum full body exercises designed to maximize calorie burn.  This class will leave feeling energized and ready to take on the world.  This class is you vs. you…  Go for it!

KICK BOXING (1 Hour) – The class that combines of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!

METABOLIC CONDITIONING (30 Min) – The class like no other. This is a high-impact, plyometric class that is broken up into a variety of circuits created to push you to your limits and beyond. You’ll leave this class feeling full of energy and dripping in sweat. This class was designed by Howard Hammer as an excellent boredom buster!

S.W.E.A.T. (1 Hour) – The class that mixes calisthenics, weights, endurance, body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This class was designed by Jamie Voit in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they’d push themselves. We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently every class! Although he may push you like a drill sergeant, his goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. He wants you to have tons of fun but please be prepared for some high intensity training and to be pushed like never before!

RISE & GRIND (1 Hour) – This is a class that takes all of the Crossfit WOD exercises and incorporates them with those functional fitness techniques used in all gyms.  This class is all about comradery and motivating that member next to you.  This class is without doubt the toughest class the SWEAT has to offer.   This class is NOT for beginners!  If you are looking to experience a class that will push you to your limits…  Rise & Grind is just what you have been looking for.

CARDIO/CORE (1 Hour) – The class was created to shred that core section! This is a class that will destroy your mid-section while building those six packs abs you have been dreaming of. Don’t take this class lightly because the cardio portion will have you gasping for air…  Come ready to rock and be prepared to do whatever it takes to complete the exercises during this class. Quitting is not an option

TOTAL BODY BLAST (1 Hour) – “ARMAGEDDON” / “SHREDDED SHOULDERS” / “TOTAL BODY”
These classes that work your muscles in every way possible. These classes were designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected during these classes!

TOTALLY SCULPTED (1 Hour) – The class Where you will work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. TRIPLE SWEAT (1 Hour) – This is a one of a kind class that incorporates TRX, Step, Core, Cardio, Boxing, Weights, etc.  Triple SWEAT is a fast-paced class that was designed to keep the heart rate elevated with H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) fitness training to increase calorie burning while building lean muscle to ensure fast dramatic fitness results.   This class is for all fitness levels and ages…  You get out of it what you put into it!  Triple Sweat will be that one class that pushes you like never before while allowing to experience all that SWEAT has to offer, all in one class!

KID-SANITY (1 Hour) – The class Have your kids put down the video games and help them develop healthy habits and have fun working out with experienced instructors who love kids and have a passion for fitness. Classes are of groups of 10 children ages 6-13. This is a Boot-camp style class that was designed specifically for kids to get up and get going.

TRX (1 Hour & 30 Min) – TRX Suspension Training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

BUTTS & GUTTS – This class is exactly what you have been looking for that specifically targets the “problem areas” of the lower body? This class caters to those areas we all want to get firmer – toned thighs, lifted butts and slender hips along with creative core exercise that will have you feeling and looking leaner in weeks. These are only a few of the benefits you will receive from taking “Butts & Gutts”

 TABATA (1 Hour) – The class This interval training class is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The Personal Training System at SWEAT is designed as an organized set of checks and balances to ensure clients reach an optimal level of fitness and athleticism.  

Our three phase system starts off by with an assessment that allows us to address any function and stability issues.  The next phase of our program bridges the gap between aesthetics and performance, by shedding body fat, building lean muscle while promoting overall wellness.  The culmination of our system is superior movement and conditioning resulting in maximum strength, endurance and power. 

Our team will address your individual goals and concerns and develop a specific plan just for you for each phase of our system. Our goal for you is to achieve top level of fitness training while creating a body that’s functional, lean, and strong!

SWEAT MISSION STATEMENT

SWEAT Fitness Club is a collaboration of fitness, sports science and nutritional education that embodies the future of fitness.  We offer proprietary fitness classes and one of a kind personal training programming that is influenced by advanced research in strength conditioning and regeneration.  Designed for members to excel in all aspects of their lives.  By partnering with leaders in massage therapy, chiropractic care,  nutritional therapy and weight loss, we’ve created an intimate and integrated health and wellness community, where members can sweat, enhance and recover together, all under one roof.

JAMIE VOIT CHANGED MY LIFE!

In July of 2015, while recovering from Achilles tendon surgery in February, I began training individually with Jamie Voit.  I was immediately impressed with his overall knowledge of physiology, body chemistry, and how diet affects the results of dedicated exercise.  The time and effort he took to design various training programs to drive the development of lean muscle, improve cardio performance and generally improve my physical well-being has had a permanent and visible affect on body, and with his assistance, I have modified my lifestyle to better reflect where I want to be. 

Jamie is constantly innovating and raising the level of his workouts as my physical abilities improve.  I in-turn train to continually push myself beyond what I ever thought possible.  I am, today, at almost 47 years old, in the absolute BEST shape of my life.  Even better than my 20’s.  I can only express my appreciation to Jamie and the team of professional trainers he has built for their faith in me, and their desire to see me (and my family because we all train at Sweat) achieve tremendous results!
