The Groiup Training Program designed by SWEAT Fitness & Performance is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers.
Our training Program incorporates cardio training and strength training so that you can burn fat and increase strength at the same time. Our training sessions are designed for people of all fitness levels. Our coaches are trained on how to break an exercise down and provide modifications so that everyone is challenged and working to their own highest potential.
You will begin at your own pace and build your fitness level on your terms
Your Trainer will provide you with multiple levels of every exercise to ensure there is an always an option that matches your ability level
You will be provided access to in depth nutrition resources.
Our exercise program addresses scientifically proven methods to burn fat and develop muscle tone. No two training sessions ever repeat themselves. Our staff will always be available to provide coaching and answer your questions concerning your transformation.
We also provide you with feedbackregarding the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.
