John’s journey in the world of fitness started early while playing Football and Lacrosse in high school which he received his varsity letter in during his sophomore year and continued the next 2 years. During this time he worked with strength and conditioning coaches where his knowledge base and understanding for fitness and muscle mechanics grew.
He later studied Criminal Justice and received his Associates Degree from CCM. While attending CCM John began working at a gym where he discovered his knack for fitness and personal training while helping members achieve their goals. Since then John has been training for 5 years and has received certifications in personal training and TRX personal and group training.
