Sheila’s dedication to sports, fitness and healthy living began with her love of competitive cheerleading and gymnastics as a child. Her focus lies in helping people achieve and exceed their fitness goals and has a soft spot for helping women and young girls realize the strength and potential they have. In her eyes no goal is unattainable and everything is possible when you believe in yourself and give it your all.
While raising two daughters Sheila hopes to instill within them the same beliefs she does in her clients, that outer strength and inner strength go hand in hand.
Sheila began personal training as a career 7 years ago as a full time career and maintains a passion for bringing fitness, health, strength and fun into the lives of others. For fun she enjoys competing in distance events, obstacle course races, rock climbing, hiking and going to the beach.
Sheila’s training style includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), bodyweight training, tabata, circuit training, kettlebell, TRX and classic weightlifting. Sheila is ISSA Certified Fitness Professional, DSW Fitness Bodyweight Training Certified, TRX certified and a strength and Conditioning Coach.
